In today’s changing economy people look for other ways to keep the current high end lifestyle and act and work on the investments you own and manage.This will give you an excellent opportunity to trade your upscale lifestyle for a different, but similar experience in another part of the world.

With our international client base that we will introduce to you. You will be part of a club for owners of luxury properties spread around the world. As a member you will have the privilege to exchange your luxury property for something equal and to your luxury standards.

You as a member will enjoy one another's exceptional residences, vacation homes, motor and sailing yachts, villas, chalets, castles, estates, condominiums, penthouses and private islands for a fraction of the actual cost.

Your property, the ocean front villa, luxury yacht or Penthouse, we will make it available for others. When you find something comparable to your property, we will offer an exchange.

We will handle the whole transaction and make sure your property is kept the same standard you left it. You will pay a transaction fee to the company for handling the contract and everything involved. Each property will be determined a value when entered into the program, this will be all handled on an individual basis.

Here is how it works:

We will determine your value for your item. Let’s say the weekly rental to rent your yacht or villa is $30,000. We will then take out a small transaction fee. Let’s say 5% for your weekly value. So the price is $30,000, we would then charge you a $1,500.00 transaction fee and handle everything for you. This is more of a service to you as a valued client. The percentage transacation fee is determined by the value and the property.

If your property is worth more, you can have more days. There are always many opportunities here. Remember when your property is empty for a week there is always lost revenue or another a lost vacation week elsewhere.
